These terms govern your use of Devotion: Couples in Sync, published by Soft Flourish. By installing or using the app you accept them. They supplement the general Soft Flourish Terms of Use and control where the two differ.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Devotion on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, rent it, reverse-engineer it, or strip its notices. The licence ends if you stop complying with these terms.
Public purchases are not open yet. When available, Apple and Google subscriptions are managed with the original store account. Web and Windows subscriptions use the verified web payment provider, with management available in Your space. The checkout states the price, billing period and renewal terms before purchase.
Use Devotion only for your own account and relationships in which participation is voluntary. Each partner controls their own private records and may disconnect independently. Never use the app for surveillance, coercion, impersonation or pressure for intimacy.
Devotion is not a medical device, clinician, therapist or emergency service. Cycle and pregnancy timelines are uncertain planning aids. Do not use them as contraception or to make urgent medical decisions. AI can produce inaccurate or unsuitable suggestions. In immediate danger, seek local emergency help when safe.
The planned Free, Couple Plus and Couple Premium plans offer different activities and AI features. Basic safety, privacy controls, unlinking, export and deletion remain available without a paid subscription. Paid plans remove supported mobile ads. A couple plan extends verified access to the purchaser’s current linked partner; unlinking ends that derived access without cancelling the purchaser’s subscription. The checkout displays the actual price, period, renewal and cancellation terms before a purchase.
Post only content you may share. Both linked partners can access the intentional shared space; each person manages the records they created. You may report a shared entry and safely disconnect. Reports enter a review queue; Devotion does not provide real-time emergency response.
No public purchase or download is currently offered. Store availability, exact prices and production feature availability will be published after release verification.
We aim to keep Devotion working, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change between versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Flourish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Devotion. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
