These terms govern your use of Parent Sphere: Family Planner, published by Soft Flourish. By installing or using the app you accept them. They supplement the general Soft Flourish Terms of Use and control where the two differ.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Parent Sphere on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, rent it, reverse-engineer it, or strip its notices. The licence ends if you stop complying with these terms.
Where Parent Sphereoffers a paid tier, it is billed by whichever store you installed from, under that store’s rules. Manage or cancel a subscription in that store’s account settings — we cannot cancel it for you, and refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
On Windows there is no Microsoft Store purchase: the subscription is bought, managed and cancelled on the web at softflourish.com/parentsphere/account, and refund requests for it come to us.
Pro costs $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; prices may vary by country. On iPhone, iPad and Mac you pay through the App Store, on Android through Google Play, and on Windows on the web at softflourish.com/parentsphere/account (the Microsoft Store sells no in-app purchases for Parent Sphere, and nothing can be bought on Apple TV, which shows your plan once you subscribe elsewhere). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in the store or on the account page where you subscribed. A trial you do not cancel converts to a paid subscription at its end. Sign in with the same account to use Pro on every device.
Free: Today, the shared calendar and handoff brief, child-focused messages with the tone check, decisions and responses, family sync with invitations, export and deletion, and milestones for one child. Pro adds play ideas, every child, the shared expense ledger, shared routines and care information cards, and removes ads. Free accounts see one small non-personalised ad banner at the end of the Today, Calendar, Grow and Circle pages on iPhone, iPad and Android. There are no ads on handoffs, messages or decisions, on Mac, Apple TV or Windows, or for Pro.
Parent Sphere is an organisational tool. Nothing in it constitutes legal advice, and we make no representation that records kept in it will be accepted by any court, mediator or authority. Take legal questions to a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
Milestones and play ideas are general information for observation, not assessment or diagnosis. Concerns about a child's development or health go to that child's clinician.
The app grants both parents the same role by design. You agree not to use it to monitor, coerce, or surveil the other parent or a child. Accounts used that way may be terminated.
We aim to keep Parent Sphere working, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change between versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Flourish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Parent Sphere. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
