Sport Plus Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Sport Plus (bundle ID com.fenul.olympics.summer), published by Soft Flourish and operated by Fenul LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Sport Plus, you agree to these Terms and to Soft Flourish's Privacy Policy.

What Sport Plus provides

Sport Plus delivers live scores, standings, brackets, schedules, news, and AI-assisted match analysis for athletics, aquatics, cycling, skiing, skating, and other seasonal sports — including the Summer and Winter Games. We source data from third-party providers and strive for accuracy, but scores and stats are provided for informational purposes only and are not an official record of athletics, aquatics, cycling, skiing, skating, and other seasonal sports — including the Summer and Winter Games.

Accounts

An account is optional — required only for predictions, personalized alerts, and the rewards program. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, your use of that provider is also governed by its own terms.

Rewards program

In-app points earned through predictions or watching rewarded ads have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for currency, and are not a security or financial instrument. We may change point values, redemption options, or discontinue the program at any time.

Subscriptions

Sport Plusoffers an optional auto-renewing Pro subscription that removes ads and unlocks Pro features. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their respective terms; refund requests follow the relevant store's refund policy.

Advertising

Free-tier use of Sport Plus includes ads served via Google AdMob. Ads are non-personalized — no cross-app or cross-site tracking is used to select them.

Acceptable use

• Use Sport Plus only for lawful purposes
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data at scale
• Do not interfere with the app's operation, security, or other users' experience

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FENUL LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SPORT PLUS.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
