Before you write

Include the product or application name and your device model
Include iOS/Android version and app version from Settings → About
For sign-in issues, mention whether you use Apple, Google, or email login
For crashes, describe what you were doing when the app closed

Delete my account

Use our contact formwith subject “Delete Account” from the address linked to your account. We confirm deletion within 30 days.

Restore purchases

Use “Restore Purchases” in the app settings, or contact Apple/Google support for billing issues.

Report a bug

Send steps to reproduce, screenshots if possible, and your app version.
