Deleting your account is permanent. It removes your sign-in, your remaining monthly credits, your download history and your subscription record. It does not touch the audio files on your device — those never left it in the first place.
Email [email protected] from the address linked to the account, with subject Delete Audio Master Studio account. We may ask you to verify control of that address; never send a password or an access token.
Deleting the account does not cancel a Pro or Plus subscription — the store that billed you owns that. Cancel it in the App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store account settings first, or you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.
Your music is mastered on your device and is never uploaded, so there is no audio of yours on our servers to delete. What is deleted is the account record: identity, credit balance, download ledger and entitlement.
