Try the manual first

The Audio Master Studio manual covers how the app is meant to be used, step by step, and answers most of what arrives in the inbox.

Before you write in

  • A master sounded wrong: tell us which of the four versions, and what you expected instead.
  • A download did not arrive: tell us the format (MP3, WAV, HD WAV, FLAC) and whether a credit was spent.
  • Credits look wrong: they reset on the 1st of the month in your own timezone, and are spent on save, never on listening.
  • You subscribed and the app still shows Free: sign in with the same account you subscribed on, then reopen the app.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by the store you installed from, so cancellations and refunds are handled there — App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store account settings. We cannot cancel or refund a store subscription on your behalf.
