These terms govern your use of Audio Master Studio: Mastering, published by Soft Flourish. By installing or using the app you accept them. They supplement the general Soft Flourish Terms of Use and control where the two differ.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Audio Master Studio on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, rent it, reverse-engineer it, or strip its notices. The licence ends if you stop complying with these terms.
Where Audio Master Studiooffers a paid tier, it is billed by whichever store you installed from, under that store’s rules. Manage or cancel a subscription in that store’s account settings — we cannot cancel it for you, and refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
Free-tier credits reset monthly and are spent when you save a file, never when you master or preview one. Re-downloading the same master in the same format never costs a second credit. Unused credits do not roll over.
You retain all rights to the audio you upload and to the masters produced from it. We claim no ownership or license over your music beyond what is needed to process it on your device.
We aim to keep Audio Master Studio working, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change between versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Flourish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Audio Master Studio. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
