Delete your DJFlow account

Deleting your account is permanent. It removes saved mixes, preferences, feedback, entitlements, and every connected music-service token held by DJFlow.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open DJFlow and choose Account.
  2. Choose Delete account and data.
  3. Confirm. DJFlow removes server data first, then removes the authentication account.

If you cannot open the app

Email [email protected] from the address linked to the account with subject Delete DJFlow account. We may ask you to verify control of that address; never send a password or provider token.

Music services

Deletion removes DJFlow’s stored authorization. You can also revoke DJFlow immediately in each provider’s account settings. Your provider account and playlists are not deleted.
