DJFlow — Terms of Use

Last updated: August 24, 2026

These terms govern your use of DJFlow: AI Music Mixer, published by Soft Flourish. By installing or using the app you accept them. They supplement the general Soft Flourish Terms of Use and control where the two differ.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use DJFlow on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, rent it, reverse-engineer it, or strip its notices. The licence ends if you stop complying with these terms.

Purchases

Where DJFlowoffers a paid tier, it is billed by whichever store you installed from, under that store’s rules. Manage or cancel a subscription in that store’s account settings — we cannot cancel it for you, and refunds are handled by the store, not by us.

Music services

You must use each provider under its own subscription, region, account and platform rules. DJFlow cannot promise that every track, control or transition is available on every provider.

Your music rights

Only import local files you have the right to play. DJFlow is a personal listening product, not a tool for copying, redistributing, broadcasting or evading DRM.

DJFlow Pro

Paid features may include additional local-file modes, advanced planning, vibe instructions, multiple provider connections and synced preferences. Apple Music access and playback are never sold as a DJFlow entitlement.

Availability

We aim to keep DJFlow working, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change between versions.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Flourish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of DJFlow. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
