Delete your Fitness 20 account

Deleting your Fitness 20 account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your workouts, check-ins and measurements are not affected: they never left your device. It does not cancel Fitness 20 Pro: cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play, wherever you bought it.
Delete on this page
Delete inside the app
- Open Fitness 20 on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, Android or Windows and go to Settings.
- Open Account and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Your sign-in account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. The app keeps working signed out.
If you cannot open the app
Email [email protected] from the address linked to the account, with subject Delete Fitness 20 account. We may ask you to verify control of that address; never send a password or an access token.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (email, Google, Apple or Microsoft sign-in) in our Fitness 20 sign-in service.
- Your email address and account ID, which are the only account data we hold.
What is kept
- Purchase and subscription records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat. They keep these for tax, refund and fraud rules; we cannot delete them.
- Workouts, check-ins and measurements on your devices, until you delete the app. They were never on our servers.
- Ad and analytics data, which Google holds under its own retention schedule and which is not linked to your account.
Timing
In-app and web deletion happen straight away. Email requests are completed within 30 days, and we reply to confirm.
