Olakino — User Manual

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Everything Olakino does, tab by tab, in the order you will meet it.

What it is not. Olakino provides general fitness and wellbeing guidance. It is not medical advice, not physiotherapy, not a diagnosis and not a diet prescription. If something hurts, if you are pregnant or postpartum, or if you have a condition that exercise or food could affect, talk to a clinician or dietitian before starting and stop if a movement causes pain. Calorie and macro numbers, including those read from a photo or a label, are estimates. If counting food ever feels stressful, or you are under 18, talk to a clinician or dietitian first.

Your first session

  • Open the app and pick your shape goal — build or maintain. This sets how many hard sets each session asks for, and you can change it later.
  • Do the daily check-in: energy, soreness, sleep, and how active you have already been.
  • The app picks today's session from that. Tap Start.
  • Each movement shows its target and a lighter option. Take the lighter option whenever the target is not available to you today.

The weekly plan

Six focused strength days cover the major muscle groups in an order that does not double up on a sore group, plus one restore day. If your recovery signals say you need it, the restore session can swap in on a strength day without breaking the streak — coverage catches up across the week rather than the day.

Reading the Body Signal Decoder

When your measurements and the scale disagree, or progress feels stalled, the Decoder explains which of the ordinary causes fits — early adaptation, a scale-versus-shape mismatch, a digestive pattern, or simply that twelve weeks have not passed yet. It also names the small set of signals that are worth a doctor rather than an app. It never diagnoses.

Home

  • Check in with energy, soreness, sleep and puffiness by tapping or dragging across the bars.
  • The three rings show movement, food and training for today. A ring that is empty is a real zero: nothing is filled in for you.
  • Completed days and muscle coverage for the week are at the bottom.

Health

  • Tracker: steps, sleep, resting heart rate, active energy, exercise minutes, weight and water. On iPhone and iPad tap Connect to read Apple Health; on Android allow Health Connect. Olakino only reads, and never writes. On Mac and Windows tap + on a tile to type a number in.
  • Signals: the Body Signal Decoder, for when the scale and your measurements disagree.
  • Trends: a line for each number you have logged over the last weeks. Nothing is drawn for a day you did not log.
  • None of this is uploaded. It lives on the device.

Nutrition

  • Set your target once: a few details about you give a calorie and macro target that never goes below a safe floor.
  • Add food under any meal: search a name, scan a barcode, read a nutrition label, take or choose a photo of the plate, or type it in.
  • A photo or a label is never logged for you. You see every number Olakino read, change what is wrong and then save.
  • Where the device can read the photo itself, nothing leaves it. Otherwise you can choose the cloud reader and agree to its one-time notice; the photo is not kept. Free accounts can read 5 a day, Pro 30.
  • A barcode lookup sends only the number to Open Food Facts. Numbers on a package can be wrong: check them.

Trends and progress

  • Add measurements and a clothes-fit note every two weeks, not daily. Daily scale weight moves for reasons that have nothing to do with training.
  • Nothing here is uploaded. It lives on the device.

Account and Pro

  • An account is optional. Sign in with email, Google or Apple on iPhone, iPad and Mac; Apple on Apple TV; email or Google on Android; email, Google or Microsoft on Windows (Settings, then Account).
  • Signing in makes Pro follow you to your other devices. Workouts stay on each device and are not synced.
  • To delete the account, choose Settings, then Account, then Delete account, or sign in at softflourish.com/fitness20/deleteaccount.

On Apple TV

The TV surface is the workout player: start the session and follow along on the big screen. Detailed check-ins and editing stay on your phone, tablet or computer where typing is practical.

If something goes wrong

Email [email protected] or use the contact form. Include your device and OS version. Your workouts, health numbers and food log are not on our servers, so there is nothing we can look up on our side — tell us what you saw and what you expected.
