These terms govern your use of Fitness 20: Daily Workouts, published by Soft Flourish. By installing or using the app you accept them. They supplement the general Soft Flourish Terms of Use and control where the two differ.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Fitness 20 on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, rent it, reverse-engineer it, or strip its notices. The licence ends if you stop complying with these terms.
Where Fitness 20offers a paid tier, it is billed by whichever store you installed from, under that store’s rules. Manage or cancel a subscription in that store’s account settings — we cannot cancel it for you, and refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
You are responsible for exercising within your own limits. Warm up, use a weight you can control, and stop if a movement causes pain. Soft Flourish is not liable for injury arising from use of the app.
We aim to keep Fitness 20 working, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change between versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Flourish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Fitness 20. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
