This policy explains how Olakino: Health & Fitness handles information. Olakino is published by Soft Flourish, an independent software studio and publishing house based in California, USA. It supplements the general Soft Flourish Privacy Policy and controls where the two differ for this app.
Your workouts, check-ins, health numbers and food log stay on your device and are never uploaded. An account is optional: everything works signed out. If you sign in, we keep your email address and account ID so Olakino Pro follows you to your other devices. The one thing that can leave your device is a meal photo, and only when you choose the cloud reader and agree. Free users on iPhone, iPad and Android see non-personalized ads, which never use your health or food data. We do not sell personal data.

Accounts and analytics: Google Firebase. Meal photos (cloud reader only): Olakino's service on Google Cloud, with Google's Gemini AI as our processor. Food and barcode lookups: Open Food Facts. Subscriptions: RevenueCat, with Apple or Google handling payment. Ads: Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform.
Workout, health and food data live only on your device: deleting the app deletes them. Meal photos are not kept, so there is nothing to delete. To delete your account, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account in the app, or sign in at softflourish.com/fitness20/deleteaccount. That removes your email address and account ID from our sign-in service straight away. Purchase records stay with Apple, Google and RevenueCat as the law requires, and deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: cancel Pro first where you bought it.
You can ask for a copy of your account data, a correction, or deletion by emailing us from the address on the account.
Olakino is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and describe the change here. Continuing to use Olakino after a change means you accept it.
