Fitness 20 — Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2026

This policy explains how Fitness 20: Daily Workouts handles information. Fitness 20 is published by Soft Flourish, an independent software studio and publishing house based in California, USA. It supplements the general Soft Flourish Privacy Policy and controls where the two differ for this app.

Fitness 20 keeps everything on your device. There is no account to create, no server to sync to, and no analytics or advertising SDK in the app.

What the app holds, and why

WhatWhy
Your check-ins, completed sessions, goals and measurementsStored on your device so the app can plan the week and show your progress. They are never transmitted.

What it never collects

  • Health or fitness data from Apple Health, Google Fit or any other health service — the app does not request access
  • Location, camera, microphone or contacts — none of these capabilities are requested
  • An account, email address, or any identifier tied to you
  • Advertising identifiers, and there are no ads
  • Analytics, crash telemetry or usage tracking of any kind

Deleting your data

Because nothing leaves the device, deleting the app deletes everything it stored. There is no server-side copy to request, and no account to close.

Children

Fitness 20 is not directed to children under 13 and collects nothing from anyone, of any age.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and describe the change here. Continuing to use Fitness 20 after a change means you accept it.
