Starting a session

Open MeetWing before your meeting starts, or any time during it. There is no bot to invite and nothing to integrate — MeetWing listens to your Mac’s own audio, so it works with any meeting app running on the same machine.

Live transcription

Speech from everyone on the call appears as real-time text while the meeting runs. Nothing is stored as it happens — see the privacy policy for exactly what that means.

AI answers

When someone asks a question or raises a point worth responding to, a context-aware suggestion appears — pulled from what has been said in the meeting so far, not a generic script.

Playbooks

Pick the playbook that matches your meeting — sales, interview, client call, recruiting — before you start, and MeetWing tunes its suggestions to that kind of conversation instead of a one-size-fits-all response.

Google Search Live

An optional setting that lets the AI check real-time facts on the web before it answers, for the moments a suggestion needs something more current than the conversation itself. Off by default; turn it on in Settings.

Exporting a transcript

One click exports the session to PDF, TXT, Markdown, or CSV. That export is the only copy that persists anywhere — see how data is handled during and after a session.
