These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Soft Flourish, operated by Fenul LLC (“we,” “us”). By checking the acceptance box, signing in, creating an account, or using MeetWing in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MeetWing.
MeetWing is a real-time assistant that generates AI suggestions to help you during live conversations. It is a productivity aid only. It is NOT advice. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, investment, or any other professional advice, and nothing it produces should be relied upon as such. For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional.
Artificial intelligence can and does produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, fabricated, or otherwise wrong (including “hallucinations” — confident statements that are simply false). MeetWing's suggestions are starting points for your own thinking, not statements of fact.
YOU ARE THE SOLE AND ULTIMATE DECISION-MAKER.Any words you speak, send, or act on are your own decisions and your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were prompted, suggested, or generated by MeetWing. We are not responsible for any decision you make or any consequence that follows from relying on the app's output.
MeetWing uses third-party AI providers — currently including Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini / Chirp 3), and OpenAI (Whisper / GPT-4o) — to generate responses and transcriptions. We do not control these providers, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, output, errors, or downtime. We may change providers at any time without notice.
You agree to use MeetWing lawfully and to obtain any consent legally required to record, transcribe, or process other participants' speech in your meetings. You are solely responsible for the meetings you run the assistant on and for complying with your employer's policies, confidentiality obligations, and all applicable laws (including recording-consent and privacy laws in your jurisdiction). You will not use MeetWing for any unlawful, harmful, or infringing purpose.
You must create an account and accept these Terms to use MeetWing. You are responsible for activity under your account. Some features consume credits or require a subscription; credits and tiers are tied to your account, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Subscriptions auto-renew and are managed through Apple under their terms.
MeetWing Pro and MeetWing Max are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by region.
MEETWING IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any output will be accurate or reliable.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SOFT FLOURISH, FENUL LLC, OR THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — MEETWING OR ITS OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soft Flourish and Fenul LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of MeetWing, your reliance on its output, the content of your meetings, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of California. We may update these Terms as the app evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
