MeetWing Privacy Policy

Our promise is simple: we keep nothing. MeetWing does not record your conversations, does not store your transcripts, and does not keep a history of anything you say or anything the assistant suggests.

How the assistant works

To generate live answers, MeetWing sends short segments of meeting audio, the running transcript, and — only if you turn on screen sharing — screenshots of the screen you selected, over an encrypted connection to our AI service. This data is used solely to produce the response you see and is discarded as soon as that response is returned. It is never written to a database, a file, or a log on our side.

What we never do

We never save or replay your audio.
We never retain your transcript or the assistant’s answers.
We never log the contents of your meetings.
We never sell, share, or use your meeting content to train models.

What lives on your device

During a session, your transcript and the assistant’s answers exist only in your device’s memory. They are not saved to disk. When the session ends or you quit MeetWing, this history is erased automatically. The only settings we remember between launches are your appearance theme, text size, and the optional meeting-context fields you fill in yourself.

Keeping a record (Export)

If you want to keep notes from a session, use the Export button before you finish. Exporting writes a file — transcript, summary, or both — directly to a location you choose on your own device. This is the only time anything is saved, and we never receive a copy of it.

The only thing we store

To run your account we store the minimum needed for sign-in and billing: your account identifier and your remaining credit balance and subscription tier. This contains no meeting content of any kind. Payments are handled by Apple and our payment processor; we never see your card details.

Third-party AI processing

The live answers are produced by trusted third-party AI providers that process the audio and text described above on our behalf, solely to return a response. They do not retain your meeting content or use it to train their models.

Your responsibility in a meeting

Laws on recording and transcribing conversations vary by region. Because MeetWing processes what is said in your meetings, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required from other participants and for using the app in line with your workplace rules and local laws.
