The short version: MeetWing never records your audio, never stores your transcript, and never logs your meeting content. Everything is processed in real time and discarded immediately. The only data we keep is your account identifier and credit balance â nothing meeting-related.

MeetWing is built so that your meetings stay yours. We designed the app around a single rule: we keep nothing. We do not record your conversations, we do not store your transcripts, and we do not keep a history of anything you say or anything the assistant suggests.
To generate live answers, MeetWing sends short segments of meeting audio, the running transcript, and â only if you turn on screen sharing â screenshots of the screen you selected, over an encrypted connection to our AI service. This data is used solely to produce the response you see, and is discarded as soon as that response is returned. It is never written to a database, a file, or a log on our side.
Your meeting data (audio segments, transcripts, and optional screenshots) is processed by third-party AI providers depending on the model tier you select. These providers currently include:
None of these providers retain your meeting data to train their models. We may change or add providers at any time; the current list is always reflected in the app's in-app Privacy Policy (Account menu â Terms & Privacy).
MeetWing uses macOS ScreenCaptureKit to capture system audio (the other participants' voices). Optionally, you may select a screen or window to share with the AI. When you do, MeetWing takes a JPEG screenshot whenever the visible content changes significantly. This screenshot is included as context in the prompt sent to our AI backend, consumed once per response, and then immediately set to nil. No screenshot is ever stored server-side.
During a session, your transcript and the assistant's answers exist only in your Mac's memory. They are not saved to disk. When the session ends or you quit MeetWing, this history is erased automatically. The only settings we remember between launches are your appearance theme, text size, and the optional meeting-context fields you fill in yourself.
To run your account we store the minimum needed for sign-in and billing: your account identifier and your remaining credit balance / subscription tier. This contains no meeting content of any kind. Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your card details.
Laws on recording and transcribing conversations vary by region. Because MeetWing processes what is said in your meetings, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required from other participants and for using the app in line with the rules of your workplace and your local laws.
You can delete your account in-app at any time: Account menu (person icon) â Delete Account. This permanently removes your Firebase Auth account and all billing data within the app. To request data deletion another way, use our contact form with "Delete Account" and the email address linked to your account. We process requests within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. California residents have rights under the CCPA; EEA/UK residents have rights under the GDPR.

MeetWing is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated date.
