Search any city, postal code, country or park for trails, parks, camping, lakes, waterfalls and viewpoints, with filters for family friendly, dogs, wheelchair access, no fee, drinking water and toilets.
Quiet Wonders
Legal, public places that tend to be less crowded. Never private land, closed areas or sensitive wildlife sites.
Trips
Plan an outing with a packing checklist and current conditions. On iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows, download the area and follow the route with no signal, with off-route alerts (Windows records while the app is open).
Lens
AI-assisted identification for plants, birds, animals, insects and spiders, mushrooms, rocks, tracks and signs, and landscapes. Every result shows its confidence, the lookalikes and the safety notes.
Journal
Photos, notes and a privacy level on every entry: no location, private, blurred to about 10 km, or exact. It stays on your device unless you turn on Pro sync.

Free: 5 identifications a day, 10 saved places, 3 planned trips. Pro ($4.99/month or $29.99/year, 7-day trial on annual) gives 200 identifications a day and unlimited saved places and trips, and adds offline maps, bird song ID, peak finder, sync, GPX export, and removes ads.
Honest limits
An app is not a guide, a ranger or a doctor
Identification is AI-assisted and can be wrong; “Unknown” is a valid answer. Never eat, touch, taste, burn or prepare a plant or mushroom, or give one to a person or pet, because of an app result. For suspected poisoning or a serious reaction, contact local emergency services or poison control now. Place data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors and official sources and can be wrong or out of date: follow signs and closures on site. Conditions change fast; carry the essentials, and turn back when in doubt. Nature Wonders is not a navigation, rescue, medical or foraging authority.
