These terms govern your use of Nature Wonders: Hike, Identify, published by Soft Flourish. By installing or using the app you accept them. They supplement the general Soft Flourish Terms of Use and control where the two differ.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Nature Wonders on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, rent it, reverse-engineer it, or strip its notices. The licence ends if you stop complying with these terms.
Where Nature Wondersoffers a paid tier, it is billed by whichever store you installed from, under that store’s rules. Manage or cancel a subscription in that store’s account settings — we cannot cancel it for you, and refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
On Windows there is no Microsoft Store purchase: the subscription is bought, managed and cancelled on the web at softflourish.com/naturewonders/account, and refund requests for it come to us.
Pro costs $4.99 per month, or $29.99 per year with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; prices may vary by country. On iPhone, iPad and Mac you pay through the App Store, on Android through Google Play, and on Windows on the web at softflourish.com/naturewonders/account (the Microsoft Store sells no in-app purchases for Nature Wonders). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in the store or on the account page where you subscribed. A trial you do not cancel converts to a paid subscription at its end. Sign in with the same account to use Pro on every device; features that do not exist on a platform (such as offline navigation on Mac, or the peak finder on Mac and Windows) are not unlocked there.
Free accounts get 5 identifications a day and Pro accounts get 200 a day. These are hard limits, counted per account and reset daily; when you reach yours, identification pauses until the counter resets. Automated or bulk use is not allowed.
Results are AI-assisted and can be wrong. You agree not to rely on Nature Wonders for any decision about eating, touching, burning, preparing or administering a plant, mushroom or anything else to a person or animal, or about handling wildlife.
Trails, closures, conditions and access change. Nature Wonders is not a navigation, rescue, medical or foraging authority: carry a backup, follow official signs and alerts, and turn back when in doubt. Soft Flourish is not liable for injury, loss or getting lost from relying on the app.
Follow the rules of the land you are on. Do not trespass, collect where collecting is prohibited, disturb wildlife, or share the exact location of rare species or sensitive sites. Place data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License.
We aim to keep Nature Wonders working, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change between versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Flourish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Nature Wonders. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
