These terms govern your use of Nature Wonders: Plant Scanner, published by Soft Flourish. By installing or using the app you accept them. They supplement the general Soft Flourish Terms of Use and control where the two differ.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Nature Wonders on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, rent it, reverse-engineer it, or strip its notices. The licence ends if you stop complying with these terms.
Where Nature Wondersoffers a paid tier, it is billed by whichever store you installed from, under that store’s rules. Manage or cancel a subscription in that store’s account settings — we cannot cancel it for you, and refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
You agree not to rely on Nature Wonders for any decision about eating, touching, burning, preparing, or administering a plant to a person or animal. Soft Flourish accepts no liability for harm arising from treating an identification as a certainty.
Use the app in line with the rules of the land you are on. Do not trespass, do not collect where collecting is prohibited, and leave plants where they are growing.
We aim to keep Nature Wonders working, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change between versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Flourish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Nature Wonders. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
