Delete your Heath account

Deleting your Heath account is permanent and cannot be undone. It does not cancel a subscription: cancel Pro first in the App Store, Google Play or on the web, wherever you bought it.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open Heath on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android or Windows and go to More.
  2. Under Account, choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Every linked bank is disconnected at Plaid, everything we stored for you is deleted, then your sign-in account.

If you cannot open the app

Email [email protected] from the address linked to the account, with subject Delete Heath account. We may ask you to verify control of that address; never send a password or an access token.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account (email, Google, Apple or Microsoft sign-in) in our Heath sign-in service.
  • Every bank connection, including the encrypted Plaid access tokens.
  • Linked accounts, balances and transactions we stored, and anything Pro sync stored.

What is kept

  • Purchase and subscription records held by Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Stripe, for tax, refund and fraud rules.
  • Anything stored only on your device until you delete the app.

Timing

In-app deletion happens straight away. Email requests are completed within 30 days, and we reply to confirm.
