These terms govern your use of Heath: Net Worth & Budget, published by Soft Flourish. By installing or using the app you accept them. They supplement the general Soft Flourish Terms of Use and control where the two differ.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Heath on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, rent it, reverse-engineer it, or strip its notices. The licence ends if you stop complying with these terms.
Where Heathoffers a paid tier, it is billed by whichever store you installed from, under that store’s rules. Manage or cancel a subscription in that store’s account settings — we cannot cancel it for you, and refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
On Windows there is no Microsoft Store purchase: the subscription is bought, managed and cancelled on the web at softflourish.com/heath/account, and refund requests for it come to us.
Heath organizes information and applies general rules to it. It is not financial, investment, tax, credit or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell, borrow or refinance.
Balances and transactions come from your financial institutions through Plaid. We do not guarantee that they are complete, current or accurate. Your use of Plaid is also governed by Plaid's terms.
Heath cannot move money, pay bills, open accounts or change anything at your bank.
We aim to keep Heath working, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change between versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Flourish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Heath. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
