Heath — User Manual
Last updated: October 6, 2026
From your first account to a debt-free date. Everything works without an account using manual accounts; sign in to link banks.
An organizer, not an adviser. Heath is not financial, tax or legal advice. Suggestions are general rules applied to the numbers you link or enter; check rates, fees and terms with your lender before acting. Balances and transactions come from your bank through Plaid and can be late or incomplete. Home, car and asset values are your own estimates. Heath is read-only: it never moves money, pays bills or pulls your credit.
Home
- Net worth at the top, with its trend and what makes it up.
- This month: money in, money out, and the top spending categories. Transfers between your own accounts and debt payments are not counted as spending.
- Home & cars: what you own versus what is still owed, when a loan is attached to the asset.
Accounts
- Link a bank: sign in first (More -> Account), then choose Link a bank. You sign in to your bank on Plaid's secure page.
- Free accounts link up to 3 banks; Pro links any number.
- Add an account by hand: choose a type, a balance or amount owed, and for cards and loans the interest rate and minimum payment from your statement.
- Linked accounts refresh when you open the app or choose Refresh. If a bank needs you to sign in again, it shows Needs sign-in.
Net Worth
- Add a home, car, land, valuables or a business with your estimated value, and attach the loan against it to see your equity.
- Heath records your net worth once a day. Free shows the last 90 days; Pro shows everything and exports CSV.
More: debt management
- Every debt with its rate, minimum payment and monthly interest cost. A missing rate uses a typical rate marked as an estimate.
- Pro payoff plan: choose highest interest first or smallest balance first, add an extra monthly amount, and see your debt-free date and the interest you save versus paying minimums.
- Suggestions point at high-interest cards, card utilization over 30%, loans worth a refinance quote, and your cash cushion.
