Delete Your SystemZen Account & Data

Last updated: July 2026

This page explains how to delete your account and its associated data in SystemZen, published by Soft Flourish. It applies to the macOS, Windows, iPhone, iPad, and Android apps.

Delete your account from inside the app — no request needed.

  1. Open SystemZen and sign in if you are not already.
  2. Open the account menu(your name or the account icon in the app's navigation).
  3. Choose Delete Account and confirm on the warning prompt.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you have been signed in for a long time the app may ask you to sign in once more first — that is a security check, not an extra step you can skip.

If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete SystemZen account”. We verify ownership of the address, complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted

  • Your SystemZen sign-in account itself — email/password or Google sign-in.
  • Your email address, your account identifier, and your name if Google supplied one.
  • Your entire maintenance history: every recorded run, its reclaimed-space figure, item count, timestamp, and device label.

These are erased immediately. There is no soft-delete and no recovery window — once it is done we cannot restore any of it.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Encrypted operational backups — deleted records may persist for up to 30 days before those backups roll off, after which they are gone.
  • Advertising and analytics data— the free mobile tier's ad and analytics signals are held by Google under its own retention schedule and are not tied to your SystemZen account. Reset your advertising identifier in your device settings to break the link on Google's side.

Nothing about your files is involved in any of this. SystemZen scans on your device, so file names, photos, and your installed-app list never reach our servers in the first place. See the Privacy Policy.

What deletion does not do

Deleting your account does not uninstall the app, and it does not cancel a subscription if you have one. Cancel that separately with whoever took the payment — App Store Subscriptions, Play Store Subscriptions, or the Microsoft Store — or billing continues.
