Delete Your Cricket Pulse Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your account and its data in Cricket Pulse, published by Soft Flourish. It applies to Cricket Pulse on Google Play and the Apple App Store, on every device the app runs on.
Deleting an account is only relevant if you made one. Live cricket scores, standings, schedules, results and news in Cricket Pulse are free and need no account at all — signing in adds predictions, alerts for what you follow, and the rewards club.
Delete it from inside the app — the fastest way, and nothing to request.
- Open Cricket Pulse and sign in with the account you want deleted, if you are not already signed in.
- Go to the Home tab and scroll to the account block — the one containing Sign out.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm on the warning prompt. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your Cricket Pulse account, with the subject “Delete Cricket Pulse Account”. We verify that you own the address, complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in credential itself — email/password or federated Google sign-in.
- Your email address, display name, and account identifier (user ID).
- Your rewards wallet and its full points ledger.
- Your predictions, brackets, and any prize claims.
- The teams, athletes and competitions you follow.
- Your push notification tokens and alert preferences.
In-app deletion erases these straight away. There is no soft-delete, no recovery window, and no way to restore the account afterwards — signing up again with the same email creates a new, empty account.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase and subscription records — held by Apple and Google, and by us in de-identified form, for up to 7 years where tax, accounting, audit and fraud-prevention law requires it. They are not linked back to a deleted account for any other purpose.
- Aggregated, anonymous analytics — up to 14 months. This carries no account identifier and cannot be traced back to you.
- Encrypted operational backups — deleted records may survive in backups for up to 30 days before those backups roll off.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel a Cricket Pulse Pro subscription — billing belongs to the app store, not to us. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions before you delete, or it keeps renewing.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
You can also keep the account and have specific data erased. Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete Cricket Pulse Data”, saying what to remove — your predictions, your follows, your rewards history, or all of them — and we complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
