These Terms of Use govern your use of Cricket Pulse, published by Soft Flourish (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Cricket Pulse, you agree to these Terms and to Soft Flourish's Privacy Policy.

What Cricket Pulse provides

Cricket Pulse delivers live scores, standings, brackets, schedules, news, and AI-assisted match analysis for cricket. One app covers One Day International and Twenty20 internationals, the ICC Cricket World Cup and ICC T20 World Cup, the Indian Premier League, and the Big Bash League — each is a competition you switch between inside Cricket Pulse, not a separate download, and these Terms apply to all of them equally.

We source data from third-party providers and strive for accuracy, but scores and stats are provided for informational purposes only and are not an official record of any competition. Cricket Pulse is an independent app: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, federation, or governing body whose competitions it covers.

Accounts

An account is optional — required only for predictions, personalized alerts, and the rewards program. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, your use of that provider is also governed by its own terms.

Rewards program

In-app points earned through predictions or watching rewarded ads have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for currency, and are not a security or financial instrument. We may change point values, redemption options, or discontinue the program at any time.

Subscriptions

Cricket Pulseoffers an optional auto-renewing Pro subscription that removes ads and unlocks Pro features. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their respective terms; refund requests follow the relevant store's refund policy.

Advertising

Free-tier use of Cricket Pulse includes ads served via Google AdMob. Ads are non-personalized — no cross-app or cross-site tracking is used to select them.

Acceptable use

• Use Cricket Pulse only for lawful purposes
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data at scale
• Do not interfere with the app's operation, security, or other users' experience

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOFT FLOURISH IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF CRICKET PULSE.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
