What to include

None of this is required, but it usually saves a round trip:

Your platform and OS version — macOS, Windows, iPhone/iPad, or Android
The app version (Flourish PDF → Settings → About)
Whether you signed in with Apple, Google, or email
For a document problem, what you did and what happened instead

Please don't attach a confidential document. Flourish PDF works entirely on your device and we never receive your files — we'd rather keep it that way. A screenshot with sensitive parts covered is usually enough.

Common questions

I paid, but the app still shows the free tier

Open the paywall and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account, Google account, or Flourish PDF account you bought with. A subscription bought on any platform unlocks all of them once you sign in with the same Flourish PDF account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling is handled by whoever took the payment:

Mac, iPhone, iPad: System Settings / Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Android: Play Store → Subscriptions.
Windows: your account page.

You keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are issued by the store that processed the payment, under its own policy.

Where do my documents go?

Nowhere. Editing, OCR, scanning, conversion, and the AI features all run on your own device — there is no upload endpoint to send them to. The only thing our servers hold is your account and which plan it is on. See the Privacy Policy.

OCR or LaTeX says I've hit my limit

Free and Plus include a monthly allowance of on-device OCR pages and LaTeX builds; Pro is unlimited. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month. The product page lists what each plan includes.

Reporting a bug

Tell us the steps that trigger it, what you expected, and what happened — plus the platform and app version. If it involves a specific PDF, a description of the document (scanned or digital, page count, has a form, is encrypted) helps more than the file itself, which we don't want.
