This is the official support page for SurfaceIQ, the surface-anomaly scanner published by Soft Flourish. We're happy to help with scanning, subscriptions, or your account.

Before you write

Your device model and iOS/Android version
The SurfaceIQ app version (Settings → About)
For sign-in issues, whether you use Apple, Google, or email login
For a scan problem, the surface type and what you expected vs. what happened

Getting a good scan

Hold steady in good light and let the capture coach's ring turn green. Keep the surface roughly filling the frame; the on-screen guides help you frame and stay in range.

SurfaceIQ Pro & free trial

Pro unlocks unlimited saved scans, baseline compare, PDF export, cloud sync, and removes ads — with a 7-day free trial, then monthly billing unless cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Restore purchases

Use “Restore Purchases” in the app's settings. One subscription covers your account across your iPhone and Android devices when you sign in with the same account.

Delete my account

Email [email protected]with subject “Delete Account” from the address linked to your account. We confirm deletion within 30 days.

Privacy

Raw photos stay on your device. See the SurfaceIQ Privacy Policy for details.

Accessories & depth

Real-world depth measurement uses LiDAR/ARCore where available. Thermal/UV/moisture options appear only when supported hardware is connected.
