These Terms govern your use of SurfaceIQ, published by Soft Flourish (operated by Fenul LLC). They supplement the general Soft Flourish Terms of Use. By using SurfaceIQ you agree to these Terms.
The service
SurfaceIQ is a scanning and inspection aid. It highlights visible or geometricsurface anomalies to assist your own judgment. It is not a substitute for a professional inspection, and findings are indicative, not guaranteed. Hidden conditions (moisture, mold, odor, chemical or structural issues) are “suspected” signals that require appropriate professional verification.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Subscriptions & purchases
SurfaceIQ is free to download with an optional SurfaceIQ Pro auto-renewing subscription. Pro begins with a 7-day free trial, then bills monthly through Apple or Google until cancelled. Manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play settings; store refund policies apply. Free-tier features include ads and usage limits.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app unlawfully or to infringe others' rights
- Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app or its output
- Do not rely solely on the app where safety or code compliance requires a professional
Disclaimers & liability
SurfaceIQ is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soft Flourish and Fenul LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the app's findings.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
